Terms and Conditions for Payment Solutions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of payment solutions by D3DE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (“D3DE”) on behalf of its clients (“Clients”). By using D3DE’s payment solutions services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
2. Services Provided
D3DE offers payment solutions services that enable Clients to accept payments on their websites. D3DE may provide payment processing, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, and other related services as agreed upon with the Client.
3. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for:
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their websites and the transactions processed through D3DE’s services.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to D3DE, including but not limited to banking details, website information, and contact information.
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials and access to D3DE’s services.
4. Payment Processing
D3DE will process payments on behalf of the Client as specified in the agreement between the parties. Payment processing includes, but is not limited to, authorization, settlement, and fund transfers. D3DE reserves the right to refuse or suspend payments for any reason, including fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.
5. Fees and Payments
D3DE’s fees for payment solutions services will be outlined in a separate agreement between D3DE and the Client. Clients are responsible for paying all applicable fees as per the agreed terms.
6. Refunds and Disputes
Refund and dispute policies are determined by the Client. D3DE will assist in facilitating the resolution of disputes and refunds according to the Client’s policies and applicable laws. Clients must promptly respond to and resolve any customer disputes.
7. Data Security
D3DE is committed to maintaining the security of customer data. D3DE will comply with industry-standard security measures to protect sensitive information. Clients must also adhere to security guidelines provided by D3DE. See our Privacy Policy page.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement for payment solutions services with written notice to the other party. Upon termination, D3DE will cease providing payment solutions services, and any unpaid fees or obligations will remain due and payable.
9. Limitation of Liability
D3DE shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. D3DE’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
11. Changes to Terms
D3DE reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of D3DE’s services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
